I wrote this last week while in Lagos, Nigeria to attend The Experience – Season 9. Surely, surely, the presence of the Lord was there and my life will never be the same again. #allyoursLord

Lord I bless your name.

You alone are God. You who created the heavens and the earth, the sun, moon and stars, the lion and the lamb, the elephant and the mouse, the elements and the fermaments, you who knew me before you formed me in my mother’s womb, I bless your name.

Forgive me where I have sinned. Where I have gone ahead of you or spoken in a manner not of you or from you. Where I have taken control when I should have stepped back. Where I have allowed doubt and sin to creep into my thoughts, words and actions, where I have lived and acted out of the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye or the pride of life. I come repentant to you, boldy before your throne of grace.

Father, I am yours for the taking, yours for the using, I give myself to you. Have your way in my life today. Cover me, protect me, uphold me with your righteous right hand. Hide me in the cleft of the rock and let your hand of mercy guide me always.

Bless my family. Bless my friends. Bless the work of my hands, the fruit of my mind, the fruit of my lips, the fruit of the Holy Spirit at work in me, and the fruit of my womb.

Bless my family, my marriage, my giftings, my assignment and my journey.

I am yours for the taking. I am yours for the using. I am yours Lord. Let your will be done in my life today and always.

I pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Aba, hear my cry. Holy Spirit, be my strength and my wisdom. Amen, amen and amen! — at Southern Sun Hotel, Ikoyi, Lagos.
